Now I know these look a little strange but im thinking of them next to a sofa with perhaps an orchid on one and a fun lamp on the other. These would help a room get that layered feeling that we strive for with good design. These+orchid+wooden coffee table =perfection.

This is such a cute little display shelf. It would need to be painted either white or a fun color like chartreuse or turquoise ... even some fun wallpaper in the back to make the shelves pop a little??
